IMPORTANT

CV-LIB-ITP-CIV-034 must be completed using the approved project drawings, specifications, pipe system, lot definitions, authority requirements, test frequencies, notification periods and acceptance criteria.

Hold points remain mandatory until the required inspection has been completed, the supporting evidence has been reviewed and formal release has been recorded. Concealed or unverified work must not be accepted solely through retrospective documentation.

The ITP must be coordinated with Method Statement CV-LIB-MS-CIV-034, Risk Assessment CV-LIB-RA-CIV-034, the project quality plan, utility-owner requirements, manufacturer instructions and approved testing and disinfection procedures.
