IMPORTANT
CV-LIB-ITP-CIV-030 must be completed using the approved drainage drawings, profiles, specifications, pipe system, lot definitions, asset-owner requirements, test frequencies, notification periods and acceptance criteria.
Hold points remain mandatory until the required inspection has been completed, the evidence has been reviewed and formal release has been recorded. Unverified or concealed work must not be accepted solely through retrospective documentation.
The ITP must be coordinated with Method Statement CV-LIB-MS-CIV-030, Risk Assessment CV-LIB-RA-CIV-030, the project quality plan, drainage authority requirements, manufacturer instructions and approved testing and CCTV procedures.
